In this role, you will help customers in the implementation and validation of new methods in their laboratories. Other customer service activities will include an outstanding technical support and the structured collection of customer feedback.
The Express Critical Account Manager develops and delivers new business to customers with urgent shipping needs (e.g., same day delivery, hand carried shipments, etc.). This position utilizes a combination of third party resources (e.g., commercial airlines, etc.) to meet customer needs. He/She promotes business relationships internally to ensure his/her sales counterparts are aware of the availability of Express Critical (EC) products and services.
Manages and leads activities of sales order operations of Inside Sales Associates, Customer Service personnel, and others engaged in soliciting sales contracts, purchase orders and/or any other sales order processing/fulfillment activities for the sale of Company aerospace products.
The primary purpose for a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is to develop end user sales through direct sales efforts to State and local accounts, commercial accounts, enterprise accounts, as well as K-12 accounts, meet and exceed revenue goals, and achieve assigned strategic objectives.
The primary focus of the role is to generate new business partnerships with both clients and advertising agencies, utilizing The Dan Patrick Show and The Rich Eisner Show as the base brands of each campaign.
In this role, you will be expected to define and implement an effective sales strategy for the assigned territory. She/He will develop a pipeline of opportunities and progress them from lead generation to final closing.The position holder will be expected to achieve a predefined annual sales quota amongst other objectives.
Responsible for identifying and routinely meeting with appropriate stakeholders across academic institutions and additional identified accounts to educate on axi-cel and logistically support the utilization of the therapy post FDA approval.
