The successful candidate will need to meet or exceed safety, quality, output and delivery metrics in a fast paced, highly matrixed environment. In this role, the incumbent will drive continuous improvement across key business objectives.
This position will provide strategic direction for product and disease communications and activities by interpreting current FDA regulatory environment to ensure truthful and non-misleading communication to health care community, patients, and the public.
Use your leadership skills to develop and manage all supplier relationships while assuring materials flow, accuracy of inventories, including all transactions, procurement, planning, scheduling, cost, warehouse, receiving, and shipping enabling timely order fulfillment.
Manages buyer/planner(s) procurement activities to ensure timely processing of material requisitions, adherence to contract terms and conditions, as well as effective collaboration with suppliers, end users, and warehouse personnel.
Plans, implements and monitors the day to day operation of warehouse network through subordinate supervisory role. Analyze operating data and reports to ensure manpower, storage and equipment is sufficient to meet or exceed the business plan objectives and requirements of the company.
- Lead and manage all procurement and materials management activities including order placement, supplier reduction/evaluation/certification, supplier follow-up, price negotiation and compliance with government procurement regulations.
