Including preparation and review of timely and accurate financial statements, preparing journal entries, processing accounts payable, job costing, inventory management, and credit and collections processes. Other duties are preparation of annual budgets, and preparation and analysis of reports for strategic decision making.
Maintain relationships in order to broker services provided through HR experts to include compensation, benefits, talent acquisition. Provide HR related training; facilitate HR related focus groups and workouts as needed.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.

Assist in tracking new hires via MS Excel spreadsheets; assist in scheduling candidate interviews; track travel arrangements for employees; provide general administrative support as needed to the HR team.
