The selected candidate will sell high quality chemical products for Biologic Safety Testing, Bio-manufacturing services and Toxicology services to Biotech, Pharma and Diagnostic Testing Services companies nationally.
The Account Manager will be the "face of the company" at several strategic national accounts; he / she will manage customer expectations and direct sales and technical services as needed with each account.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships by following up on issues and opportunities through frequent communication and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Directly responsible for achieving defined sales growth on the portfolio and determining strategic needs & opportunities while minimizing risks, for the portion of the portfolio of accounts directly managed.
Responsible for customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. This means you are the expert on the customer; you know everything about the customers business, strategy and research needs, budgets and competitive products at the customer.
In this role, the selected candidate will capitalize on the Group Segment experience and implement best practices; communicate on the company pricing policy decided for the Key Accounts including for its worldwide projects.
