As an Inside Sales Rep at United Rentals, you will serve as a key customer contact and consultant at our branch, with responsibility for recommending solutions to the customer, quoting, selling and fulfilling orders for our equipment and services based on their needs
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the achievement of the sales of services in an assigned territory. The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for proactively selling services over the phone in an effort to gain new purge opportunities and arrange appointments for the Sales Executives to close new auto/recurring service opportunities.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive financing and marketing solutions for the acquisition of technology, medical and other business equipment (i.e. manufacturing, medical, production equipment, etc.).
In this role, the selected candidate will investigate and resolve any retailer questions and problems related to products, transactions and fulfillment (samples, literature, merchandising support. etc.).
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for building a strong relationship with CEO, CFO, Controller or Business owner over the phone, in order to work with them on a consultative basis while maintaining their electronic finances.
In this role, you will provide customer account support, purchasing, order entry, order processing and logistics support to external sales resources and direct support to customers on aftermarket order inquiries and aftermarket parts questions.
