In this position, you will develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy to build organizational capability across the business that includes training to increase employee skills and leadership effectiveness.
In this role, you will be responsible for
handling a variety of data and record transactions in the areas of human resource and benefit administration under moderate supervision. Take primary responsibility for employee documents, files, and data as well as assist with big picture projects.
In this role, you will provide information to leaders and HRBPs in the development of talent solutions such as resources for career development and learning opportunities or job descriptions for hiring.
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving employee concerns and grievances, working with management to resolve employee relations issues, and providing counsel/guidance to management regarding the appropriate application of performance management processes.
