Assessing, delivering, and facilitating human resource programs, delivering employee communications, delivering performance management, talent planning, compensation and benefits, conducting orientation and answering day to day queries from various internal employee's.
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), based in the Los Angeles Office, will partner with the management teams of assigned business divisions to assist in optimizing people, strategy, structure, process and culture and to deliver HR services and programs as appropriate.
Performs Human Resources responsibilities at the professional level in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, training, employment, affirmative action compliance, and recruitment.
Offer expert HR guidance to local managers and individuals in the following areas: talent management, development, retention and career planning, succession planning, employee relations, organizational design and effectiveness, total reward, staffing, office culture; handle matters in a timely and effective fashion.
Offer expert HR guidance to managers across our LA offices in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, compensation and rewards, talent planning, employee relations, and learning and development.
Test new release features prior to implementation and train business owners on system functionality as well as provide analysis and reports as requested, and continuously analyze system to ensure best practices.
Provide assistance/guidance on HR programs and processes: staffing, performance management, compensation reviews, learning and development, talent assessment and employee transitions from the Division or Company.
Collaborate with senior management on running a performance management strategy and philosophy for the entire organization; implement performance & workforce management practices and drive its implementation across various businesses and functional teams.
