In this role, the selected candidate will act as the primary, strategic HR business partner to assigned functional unit(s) within the Value Center and directs the activities of a team of HR professionals who design and implement strategies, programs and initiatives that support the business.
The Platform HR Business Partner will provide a broad range of strategic and tactical support and services in all functional areas of Human Resources including, talent acquisition, talent development, succession planning, employee relations and performance management, to ensure alignment with key business goals and strategic objectives.
