The Financial Analyst is responsible for developing and monitoring internal reports, making recommendations to processes, corporate policies, underwriting guidelines, and interpreting data. The Financial Analyst is also responsible for financial planning, analysis, and revenue projection for all divisions.
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting Company's Human Resources function in financial analysis and reporting, forecasting, and budgeting; play a leading role in the execution of detailed high level financial analysis and delivering on the results, trends and assessments of your analysis.
In this role, the successful candidate will interact extensively with managers across all business functions in finance-related and operational matters; perform monthly variance analyses of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow actual versus budget/forecast results.

In this role, the selected candidate will assist in developing the REIT' s investment strategy by developing portfolio models, including historical and projected cash flows, capital budgets, and investor distributions and/or contributions.
In this role, you will responsible for forecasts, budgets, and monthly accruals, will support financial tracking of projects across the various Treasury groups, and will ensure financial data are correctly represented.
