In this role, you will manage territory projections and plans, and develop/implement sales activities that assess revenue potential, and target revenue opportunities. This encompasses driving revenue generating activities through-out the household account including subsidiaries.
The Field Sales Manager will be involved in managing a high performing sales team. You will assist in developing the team by handling issues with experience and tact and by progressively and proactively managing development and performance issues.
In this role, the selected candidate will
develop a sustained pipeline of accounts by actively prospecting via cold-calls, marketing lead follow-up, and personal relationships, to independently close contracts.
