As part of a complex team, operates and maintains telemetry processing and related equipment. Assists in creation and modification of standard operating procedures (SOP) related to telemetry processing and related equipment. Familiarization with Mission Control Room (MCR) and Mission Preparation Area (MPA) systems and sub systems for mission support and troubleshooting desired.
In this role, the selected candidate will be working closely with the product development team consisting of software, hardware, networking, Security and Systems Engineers to execute a variety of technical activities.
Ensure that users are equipped with hardware and software that conform to the clients requirements; this includes PC refresh, repairing hardware and software, project work and location moves for the organization
Maintain a communication link between customer service and other departments by partnering to resolve customer issues and communicating customer feedback to aid in design changes including customer feature requests to product managers.
As a field service engineer, you will work at a variety of labs, so having a solid understanding of Agilents portfolio, and continuously learning about new instruments, software and consumables, is key.
