Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the center that supports both corporate marketing and the individual centers goals, manage the implementation of marketing strategies, and provide ongoing measurement and analysis.
This role provides for a Burbank-based staff member to work with the local Chinese marketing team, who are based in Beijing, as their liaison with the Burbank Home Office team. This person would help to provide support in all areas: creative, research, media, digital, etc.
You will work collaboratively with field sales, applications engineering and our internal Business Units to develop winning product roadmaps and associated strategies including driving product promotion including product collateral and sales presentations.
Develop a digital marketing plan, oversee its day-to-day implementation, and be ready to change it. Youll set up, manage and scale next level email marketing; plan, coordinate, and execute digital marketing campaigns in coordination with other marketing efforts and aligned with Kelton objectives and priorities.
The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective day-to-day operation of the companys digital platforms (online, mobile apps, social media, CRM, etc.) and technical infrastructure. The position will also be tasked with the long-term vision and management of a product roadmap, working closely with its team and often with top management to help deliver a digital media product strategy that addresses the business priorities of the organization. Responsibilities also include creating and executing marketing plans in conjunction with other internal teams.
Leverage a marketing budget to efficiently generate sales through a variety of marketing activities, including but not limited to: search, web presence, media and list buys, partnerships, pr, social media and other appropriate channels.
Primarily responsible for developing statistical models, conducting statistical analyses and performing database analytics with SAS, R and other statistical software to address internal business questions around price elasticity, placement effectiveness, etc.
