In this role, the selected candidate will support team goals of office by participating in strategy meetings, including discussing candidate and Consultant pipeline, account targets, marketing strategies, and current opportunities/challenges.

Specifically, it will include standardization of accounting/fiscal functions, improving business processes and creating efficiencies through innovative solutions, with a focus on standardization, improved governance, cost containment, and revenue maximization.
In this role, you will communicate financial results, forecasts and budgets, including variance analysis, to the Executive Team, including but not limited to VP of Distribution, COO, Division Presidents, CFO and CEO.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage and administer annual merit budgets and guidelines; calculate bonus funding allocations; lead design, test and implement merit and bonus system; and coordinate with Payroll and HRIS for salary adjustments and bonus payments.
In this critical role, the Senior Director of Finance will provide financial and strategic decision support to the business to ensure achievement of short and long term financial goals supporting the Added Value Services Division ($1.5B in Annual Revenue).
