The Database Administrator will work as part of a team that performs administration and engineering for many applications; design and support database infrastructure, with consideration for performance, availability, redundancy, disaster recovery, and specific application requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible for
providing strategic direction for database development and management including the overall design of the enterprise wide data/information architecture, including standards, policies and procedures.
The Database Applications Administrator will have responsibility for ensuring that the database can provide accurate analytics regarding fund programs to enable our leadership to plan for current and future needs.
In this role, you will evaluate, recommend, and deploy new technologies, architectures, and standards relating to enterprise application databases and systems especially Oracle Database and Oracle E-Business Suite technology.
The DBA will provide support for the installation of the primary project tools including Oracle 12c on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.0, ensure solutions are of high quality, high performance and scalable, and implement and maintain database security.
