This candidate will focus on support issues for shipping products. Working directly with our customer support specialists to reproduce field issues, document them for engineering to take the appropriate corrective action, communicate status updates to the customer support specialists and deliver a solution once a resolution has been determined.
This candidate will focus on developing content related to Extron's Control System programmable software products, and support our customers through testing and validation of new control system technologies, including product training.
Produce instrumentation and controls design drawings, plans and specifications for use by construction contractors in the water and wastewater industry, including P&IDs, written specifications and control strategies.
Support a range of engineering activities for new product development (NPD) and legacy product modification including feasibility evaluations, product design verification, test method validation, and equipment validation (e.g. tensile testers, custom test equipment, etc.).
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment needed. Must possess strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
