The Contracts Manager is be involved in all aspects of contracts; must be able to understand contracts that are complex in nature and perform a wide range of activities and assignments on a daily basis, including change orders, stop notices, construction claims, subcontractor qualifications and agreements, and many others.

In this role, the selected candidate supports all aspects of Contract Management tasks dealing with RFPs, proposal development and submittal, negotiations, definitization, Proprietary Agreements, Teaming Arrangements and Interdivision Work Orders.
In this role, you will manage the Outside Provider Networks by monitoring all operational issues, research and problem solve Regional concerns related to the Outside Provider Networks and communicate resolutions back to Stakeholders, negotiate and renegotiate vendor and direct provider contracts.
