Reviews drafts of output/volume agreements. Prepares one-off contracts, amendments and product notices (including product schedules) and supervises administrator(s) with same. Responds to questions on contract language and product information.
This position will require participation in proposal preparation (review, analysis, interpretation & contractual advice on terms & conditions), contract negotiations, contract administration, review and approval of contractual documentation to protect the company and provide for proper contract acquisition in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract as well as in accordance with company policies and procedures, and interface with both internal and external customers to ensure proper contract execution.
Monitor customers and Meggitts performance against a contract, including flagging any scheduled milestones or triggers and any issues (e.g., breaches, rebates, terminations, etc.) with in-force contracts.
The Senior Contracts Manager will interface with customers, suppliers, and executive management in setting strategic direction for commercial contracts and negotiations for aerospace related agreements.
Develop, edit, review, and maintain all contractual documentation, such as pre negotiation and price negotiation memorandums, SOWs, Justifications and Approvals (J&A), acquisition plans, and other acquisition/contracting documents.
Include the oversight and management of the contract closeout process, supervision of all shipping document preparation, preparation of reports, compile and analyze data; and maintain historical information.
Perform reimbursement analysis on providers/facilities that are outside of the targeted rate schedule or performance standards and develop strategies for cost reductions, member needs and increasing quality.
