The role is responsible for generating vendor purchase orders for homes preparing to start; variance purchase orders for started homes; administering internal change orders for started homes and non-standard orders for both pre-sale and started homes; assembling and maintaining all vendor files while overseeing risk components related to vendor insurance.
As a Senior Contracts Manager and lead contracts professional, you will oversee and support the full range of contracting and procurement activities in a fast paced federal contracting function of a cost reimbursable, time and materials, and fixed price nature relating to disability examinations and independent medical reviews.
This position will require participation in proposal preparation (review, analysis, interpretation & contractual advice on terms & conditions), contract negotiations, contract administration, review and approval of contractual documentation to protect the company and provide for proper contract acquisition in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract as well as in accordance with company policies and procedures, and interface with both internal and external customers to ensure proper contract execution.
In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, administering and processing music licenses, composer agreements, music supervisor agreements and other music agreements, from signature/countersignature to distribution, archiving and processing, including requesting, coordinating and submitting payments, facilitating signatures and distributing agreements.
In this role, the selected candidate will administer, extend, negotiate and terminate standard and nonstandard contracts, provide advice to management of contractual rights and obligations, compile and analyze, and maintain historical information as well as be self-motivated and have the ability to handle urgent situations.
. The position will facilitate internal and external communication and support contract manufacturing sales strategies and tactics to increase retention and growth of existing customers as well as help acquire new customers.
