This Lean Manager will ensure a consistent, rapid and successful deployment of Lean at all assigned accounts, train employees on lean transformational processes, develop continuous improvement plans addressing critical site needs, and identify opportunities for improvement with value stream maps.
In this role, you will develop Relationships much of the RCI Managers success will come from people and process; developing the right relationships and using a collaborative approach will insure overall success.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for mentoring, coaching and assisting direct reports, CI teams and management with planning and facilitating of strategic plans, kaizen workshops, and other lean activities.
In this role you will identify and breakdown work flow impediments and other forms of waste. You will provide expert counsel on appropriate strategies by employing our CBS tools. To master this role, you must be a take charge professional with excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
The selected candidate will be responsible for creating an effective team environment, building strong relationships, negotiation, solving problems and issues, resolving conflicts, managing resources in a matrix environment and communicating effectively at all levels of an organization required.
This position is responsible for managing all facility quality programs, and implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) methods such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, 8-D Problem Solving and Value Analysis to drive out waste and improve productivity.
