The Project Construction Sr. Manager will manage a staff of five Construction Advisors and a supplemental team of up to twenty in temporary and/or contracted Construction Advisors or site representative roles under a form of Engineer, Procure, and Construct (EPC) contracting.
In this role, the selected candidate will plan, schedule and coordinate all phases of major OSHPD construction projects, including cost accounting and billing procedures, procurement, and liaising with owners, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.
