In this role, the selected candidate will serve as the analytical point of contact for Total Rewards programs like compensation reviews, role classification, market data collection, constructing compensation structures, rewards-related Rioter surveys, financial reporting on compensation expenses, and special projects.
In this role, you will develop, modify and implement HR plans, policies, programs, and/or processes to attract, retain and/or motivate employees, to adapt HR methods to business conditions, and/or to comply with changes in laws and regulations.
In this role, you will review insurance bids for compliance with specifications, and identify key differences in bids. You will collect quotes and update data gathering template with proposed packages / rates.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting analyses and studies to support management in developing and administering effective compensation programs in accordance with the organizations reward strategy.
