The Associate Directors lead the development of medical communications and publication strategies and plans for the US, across their respective therapeutic areas, primarily focusing on product launches.
Managing the development of communications plans to support key business initiatives including organizational strategy, reputation management, investments, partnerships/acquisitions, crisis communications and consumer relations.
In this role, the selected candidate will be strategizing and implementing programs on firm's largest accounts (including crisis management); bringing unique new ideas to content creation and social media elements to support programs.
In this role, you will plan, develop, and implement internal communications plan(s) for the california market to further teammate understanding, alignment, and engagement around our mission, vision, values, culture, and guiding principles as well as key organizational goals and initiatives, working closely with w/key leaders, marketing and communications teammates, and business partners to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization.

In this role, you will be responsible to develop, oversee, and implement communications strategies for TV Land scripted series and work daily with a broad range of press outlets and industry events covering television, entertainment and digital media.
