In this role, you will be responsible to assist client team in ensuring timely receipt of signed business contracts and engagement paperwork. Act as primary interface with administrative support team. Support team goals of office by participating in strategy meetings, including discussing candidate and consultant pipeline, marketing strategies, and current challenges.
In this role, you will assist individual clients needing a wide range of tax services, including tax compliance, tax planning and tax advice relating to their business interests, investments and related assets.
The qualified candidate will be working within the Retirement and Investment Pension Administration Group, which is responsible for providing defined benefit administrative services to over 300 clients using proprietary software. Day to day management of a specific client or clients, assisting with implementations, managing special projects, delegating work among colleagues within a project, and acting as a mentor and role model are key responsibilities of a Defined Benefit Client Service Manager.
