Coordinate all aspect of meeting and travel logistics and itinerary preparation to include advanced research, reservations, and transportation for CEO; conserves CEO's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; initiating telecommunications.
Provides comprehensive support services to the CEO that ensures a professional, responsive and effective experience with the organization as a whole; schedule appointments, manage a complex calendar, and orchestrate meeting preparations.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience handling personal matters (coordinating extensive/complex travel including private plane experience, overseeing homes and household staff, etc.).
The Executive Assistant must possess excellent time management and organizational skills; prioritization and multi-tasking is a must'; exhibit a professional appearance and understanding of business etiquette. Work with sensitive business matters.
The new CEO will be working with an impressive and highly professional team and will have overall responsibility for implementing the existing strategic plan and guiding adjustments and changes to it is as circumstances and opportunities may dictate, while optimizing operational performance.
