The COO directs single-site manufacturing operations through a team of functional managers and supervisors. The position ensures increasing levels of customer and employee satisfaction while improving the efficiency of manpower, materials and machines.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience handling personal matters (coordinating extensive/complex travel including private plane experience, overseeing homes and household staff, etc.).
The Executive Assistant must possess excellent time management and organizational skills; prioritization and multi-tasking is a must'; exhibit a professional appearance and understanding of business etiquette. Work with sensitive business matters.
