Develop, orchestrate and execute comprehensive global marketing plans for assigned products, and liaise with game development teams and partners for sign-off on product vision, strategy and business goals from concept through each deployment milestone.

Manage several different brand initiatives/projects simultaneously, working cross functionally to deliver on commitments. Elements include public relations programs, advertising programs, collateral materials, sales support materials, fulfillment management, photography, and trade shows.
Manage day-to-day line development for Licensed segments with the cross-functional team (including customized and int'l only products) to achieve goals and manage to key milestones while meeting margin and line rationalization targets .
Create strategically driven product marketing plans for launch titles and oversee implementation of all tactical components. Additionally, act as the overall orchestrator of the publishing process for a title, aligning Production/Development, Public Relations, Community, Web, Commerce and other disciplines towards achieving the strategic and financial goals for the assigned title.
Monitor and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual brand revenue goals; Measure member progress through brand funnel, driving growth in product awareness, consideration and purchase intent. Maintain brand identity and consistency.
Support and at times lead select strategic insight projects (e.g., articulating brand strength trajectory in a given market) largely independently with direction provided by Director, Corporate Brand Management.
