In this role, you will customer service lead, monitor and coach branch employees to deliver a consistent positive customer experience. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely, professional and effective manner.
In this role, the selected candidate will plan, control and direct the activities of branch personnel towards attainment of branch goals, including sales, client service and proper credit quality and risk management.
The primary duty of this position is management and administration of the branch to ensure that budget goals are met and to ensure compliance with all banking laws and regulations. Depending on branch size and staffing, the Branch Manager regularly and customarily directs the work of the staff to effectively identify the financial needs of our customers.
