Consults and works directly with major client groups and HR Business Partners performing job analysis and evaluation, FLSA audits, assists in the development of career ladders, external market analysis, recommends labor grades and develops hiring ranges.
Develop and implement benefit screening tools, assessments, outreach and follow - up procedures for quality assurance purposes. Identify program objectives and develop strategic plans to meet or exceed program goals.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the Compensation and Benefits administrator and coordinate all aspects of the planning and administration of employee compensation and benefits; provide decision-making authority on compensation and benefit plans and issues.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing new hire call center and refresher training, and the quality assurance call monitoring, coaching and development program for MPIs Participant Services Center.
In this role, you will work closely with the HR Business Partners as well a business and plant leadership, acting as a subject matter expert consultant, including influencing in complex situations, educating, and presenting to groups.
