Collaborate with Head of Creative, Creative Directors, Creative team, Brand Strategists, Social Strategists, Synergy & Promotions team Project Managers, Development executives and relevant stakeholders to ensure that all assets are developed and executed to appropriately and effectively represent the program, as well as meet our brand objectives.
Direct and manage the development of all creative assets for individual marketing campaign including video, digital/interactive, social media, print, merchandising, experiential and other assets deemed necessary per any given marketing plan.
Work closely with the Global Marketing teams to understand their overall priorities and plan for the intake of work with the art department, which ultimately is used for promoting the brand. Receive, distill and rewrite marketing briefs so that a clear understanding across the client and Creative teams are reached prior to creative work inception.
Lead and direct the creative team in the creation of all marketing campaigns and brand initiatives, including storefronts, print collateral, website, product packaging, email campaigns, digital, social and OOH.
Lead the partnership and communications between online and in - store marketing teams to align the brand omni - channel. Ensure that our creative assets remain cutting edge and steps ahead of our competition.
Build and execute a youth culture-inspired brand campaigns that include original content, non-traditional advertising, social media activation, influencer marketing, and customer acquisition/retention campaigns.
