The Software Engineer I, Support Services will provide technical support via phone and email for Mirths rapidly expanding Healthcare Information Exchange (HIE) customer base. This key resource will be responsible for all aspects of support for the Mirth HIE Suite of products and will act as the primary contact for Mirth Support.
In this role, the selected candidate will be working closely with the product development team consisting of software, hardware, networking, Security and Systems Engineers to execute a variety of technical activities.
The person selected for this role will work directly with Financial end users and functional Consultants to address business needs and develop long term best practice solutions including designing processes and layouts, validating functional deliverables, creating and executing specifications and test scripts, conducting user testing and guiding junior peers.
The Application Engineer - Motor and Levitation will be responsible for designing custom tooling and testing rigs for use during the development of all propulsion, levitation, and guidance system components.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for migrating the applications into the production environment, file management as well as assist in project documentation and code review of junior level staff.
In this role, you will develop systems based on user requirements using the best tools for the job. The selected candidate will maintain and enhance systems based on user needs and changing business requirements.
In this role, the successful candidate will work with network staff to support corporate network and Internet Infrastructure; resolve technical failures in a timely manner, track issues, escalations, resolution and closure of IT tickets.
In this role, you will be responsible to provide technical and presales support to all luxury audio customers with a high level of follow-through, efficiency and professionalism in all communications via telephone, fax, e-mail and mail.
