In this role, you will serve as a member of the patient care team whose primary responsibility is facilitating continuous, smooth, efficient patient flow of admissions, unit transfers, and early discharges.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate staff meetings, order office supplies, through coordinating conference meetings and trade show schedules; responsible for maintaining day to day office environment, as well as contribute on an as needed basis with ad-hoc projects & financial management (eg payables & receivables).
The Administrative and Special Projects Coordinator will coordinate daily administrative and project support for the Assistant Vice President and department of Strategic Engagement and Development. Prepare proposals, correspondence, research and reports to support the development activities of the Assistant Vice President.
