In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for screening calls, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, meeting and event management, preparing correspondence, expense reporting, and processing invoices.
The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who will maintain workflow and perform secretarial and administrative duties such as typing, filing, answering phones, handling mail, and special projects.
In this position you will have a unique one-on-one working relationship with the owners and the executive management team where your business management experience will be fully utilized to assist on a variety of ongoing projects and process implementation throughout the store as needed.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a strong organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively; strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Outlook.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining complex calendars, scheduling all business and project related meetings to include logistics and coordination; must be capable of responding with urgency on behalf of leadership to scheduling requests in an effort to balance competing priorities of projects, offices and marketing deadlines.
