In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for participating in professional organizations and informal networks to develop, build and sustain a network to obtain prospects, as well as utilizing prospect database to identify and research potential organizations.
In this position, you will manages all aspects of prospect development from pre-sale through close. This includes developing referral sources, identifying new clients that match the Marsh client profile, and ensuring a consistent flow of new revenue for the practice.
Experience with leading digital initiatives in consumer electronics such as Agile Product Development, Systems Thinking, Smarter Manufacturing, Next Generation Supply Chain, Industrial4.0 Frameworks, Quality Management and Plant/Shop Floor Optimization.
In this role, the selected candidate will create external demand for DC and financial wellness opportunities and drive selling efforts with the client team at all organizational levels where the solution(s) is purchased.
