A Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the planning, coordinating and delivery of quality skilled services. Each Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the orientation and continuous supervision of direct care staff and will assist with supervising and coordinating all support services.
Our ideal candidate will be open to performing a variety of duties to assist in all department of the Restaurants. Supervise all store management team and provide training which includes hand-on and front-line support.
Provides or facilitates continuing education / training for team members, with particular focus on quality improvement in teams, use of equipment, interpersonal relationships, customer service, and leadership as assigned or delegated.
The responsibility of this role will be to organize, analyze, improve, and manage the direction of teams and processes in order to achieve short and long term goals in equipment reliability, quality, cost reduction, and safety.
In this role, the selected candidate collects and analyzes data to provide reports for hospital wide use and to make recommendations as appropriate; participate in the planning, development and implementation, and ongoing success of the Clinical Documentation Management Program within the company.
