The Sales Program Manager provides input and direction through the opportunity qualification (win strategy) process, utilizes portfolio knowledge, market knowledge and sales strategy reinforcement process (timelines, deliverables and client requirements) supporting the sales process.

The Program Manager will oversee and provide direction for multiple communications and operations infrastructure projects; technical consultant and Technical Reviewer for IT related construction projects.
In this role, you will manage project initiation activities that include identifying contractual obligations, client needs and goals, existing situation, necessary contacts, and access to existing information as needed.
In this role, you will serve as liaison between clients, parsons management, joint venture partners, internal and external auditors and funding agencies or institutions on matters related to project financing.
In this role, the selected candidate will review and update outside cable plant records, coordinate Cable Locates for RMTC Dig Permits, monitor and maintain various Data Center Systems located at building 6200-NCC RMTC.
