Perform set-up and maintenance of all aspects of construction project management, which includes the planning, directing pre-award meetings, writing contracts, scheduling and budgeting necessary prior to the start of the project.
This position will manage capital projects directly related to the manufacturing of PET preforms and rigid containers; review new products from a manufacturing perspective; manage multiple projects at multiple sites from conception to qualification with overall responsibility for productivity, timing and budget.
Manages customer project delivery for small to medium projects within generally defined policies and practices; provides direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.
Assists with proposing, implementing, and enforcing Government policies, standards, and methodologies and is responsible for either developing or supervising the preparation of studies, reports, and acquisition documents.
Manage and provide coordination between the hospital and the construction team for medical equipment needed for the project. Work with the design teams on standardization, patient/family centered care, a safe environment, efficient and effective flow patterns and compliance with regulatory requirements shall be used as guides throughout all phases of planning.
The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize commercial real estate projects on behalf of corporate users according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
Assist in planning, organizing, and managing critical aspects of the development, production, and/or deployment of capabilities sensors systems, subsystems, and equipment, to include managing program cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
