In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the current and longer-term achievement of sales growth objectives related to orders, profits, revenue, end-market results, employee satisfaction, and customer satisfaction in region(s) of responsibility.
In this role, the selected candidate defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Conducts product information seminars for end users, A&E accounts, distributors and representatives. Assists distributors and representatives sales personnel in making personal sales calls to promote products and services and secure orders for Richter.
Manages department operations and supervises professional employees, frontline supervisors and / or business support staff. Interacts with subordinates, peer customers and suppliers at various management levels may interact with senior management.
The ideal candidate will identify, qualify and close new opportunities. They will contribute individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to assigned Inside Sales rep and working with channel partners.
In this role, the selected candidate will be accountable for developing and achieving maximum sales for core products and accessories, and for growing brand awareness and image in the residential home building market.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts; coordinate the involvement of company personnel in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
