The successful candidate will focus on driving BioScrip market share with network hospital systems, multi-region care provider networks, regional payors, and large physician groups through C level relationships.

The Regional Director, Strategic Initiatives (RDSI) is responsible for account, relationship and business development with BioScrips regional customers in order to achieve or exceed planned new start, census, and Gross Profit goals for BioScrips Core therapies.
In this role, you will direct the operations, programs and activities of the region to maintain the highest quality of care and service. in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare regular sales forecast and monitors/manages changes to assure that the pipeline of sales opportunities and activities is accurate and sufficient to meet sales quota.
In this role, you will manage geographical regional team from both a new and existing business perspective, which includes managing churn, renewals, revenue and bookings accountability and the prospecting associated with gaining new clients and partners.
