The Property Portfolio Manager II is responsible for a portfolio of owned and leased properties in support of business requirements and corporate goals and objectives. They develop, lead and administer plans, including financial, within the portfolio in support of occupancy and operational strategies.
In this role, you will develop a database system required for the acquisition, tracking, and disposal of all gfe required by the b-2 dms program. Insure that all government property accountability requirements are met across all contractors and subcontractors.
In this role, the selected candidate manages all aspects of a portfolio of office, industrial, and retail properties including operations and financial activities; provides superior service to tenants and property owners.
