In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience in the management of sub-contractors, ensuring their adherence to quality and programme; knowledge of current health and safety legislation.
In this role, you will direct the evaluation of proposed business development efforts including the coordination of initial program/project proposals (i.e., high level scope, deliverables, cost estimates and return on investment analysis) and charters.
This position is responsible for providing leadership and vision, setting direction and coordinating the activities of the Project Management Office, creating a flexible project management culture that achieves the successful completion of system-wide projects and programs.
In this role, you will ability to create / participate in writing detailed Statement of Work documents, repository management, standardization and workflow for approvals around the delivery of all engagements.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide training and development opportunities, including stretch assignments, for team members and gives honest and open feedback to aid in the development of talent.
