Directs and supervises program activities to meet the needs of the community and fulfill YMCA objectives. Establishes new program activities and expands programs within the community in accordance with strategic and operating plans.
This position is responsible for providing leadership and vision, setting direction and coordinating the activities of the Project Management Office, creating a flexible project management culture that achieves the successful completion of system-wide projects and programs.
As the Director of Project Management in Retirement Plan Services, you will provide leadership and direction to ensure group results and to plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated complex project(s) ensuring that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience in the management of sub-contractors, ensuring their adherence to quality and programme; knowledge of current health and safety legislation.
