The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting large and small scale aerospace ground testing projects, including design of mechanical systems and or test hardware, oversight of mechanical hardware fabrication, oversight of system and hardware installation, data analysis, instrumentation specifications, and final report generation.
In this role, you will perform CAD modeling and detail drawings, assist in patent searches, do necessary calculations, select materials, determine and coordinate tests, review and analyze costs, and solve design related problems.
In this role, you will perform advanced engineering calculations as well as code and design analysis on complex projects within technical area of expertise. Design all phases of complex and significant projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for everyday project activities, quality control and project delivery, overseeing all phases of the project from design to contract document and specification production, shop drawing checks, site visitation and project closeout.
