Provide direction to ensure processes, including equipment, fixturing, fixture design, routings, programming, tooling, and standard work, required to produce aircraft components are available as needed, on time and appropriate for the application.
Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by the PM program; testing systems and equipment, restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty components and parts.
Responsible for overall capacity planning, scheduling and manufacturing of existing and newly developed products in areas of assignment in compliance with all regulatory and QSR requirements in a cost effective manner and in accordance with planned budget.
Ensure the training and development of the team on all technical aspects of DC maintenance including, but not limited to, conveyor, HVAC, material handling equipment, hydraulic refrigeration and building support systems.
Maintain SAP documentation concerning all maintenance activities Communicate with and assist Tool Stores to maintain SAP to reflect current processes and equipment Issue purchase orders for the procurement of tools and materials to complete maintenance work orders.
