Design and develop custom packaging for electronic controls taking into consideration critical characteristics such as man-machine interfaces, temperature and vibration exposure, aesthetics, appropriate materials, PCB mounting requirements and manufacturing processes.
Support and troubleshoot issues with control systems including PLC programming, interface systems, and PC controlled systems. Revise equpment programs as necessary to support manufacturing process improvements.

Provide engineering support to the manufacturing department for day to day operations. Maintain the manufacturing engineering drawing files. Design and obtain any needed fixtures to allow the successful implementation of our product into the industrial automation market. Assist in aligning manufacturing processes across all ASCO and Numatics sites.
You will ensure site investments meet the cost, schedule, operability, and quality requirements of the Business Unit. You will supervise a small team of Project Operators, developing and maintaining partnerships with assigned project engineers to execute projects from initial scoping and funding, through detailed engineering and procurement, to startup and commissioning, and then final documentation and closure.
