The Human Resources (HR) Manager provides leadership and direction for all HR functions to achieve strategic goals through human capital; maintain an effective level of business literacy regarding the business units financial position, and business plans.
In this role, the selected candidate will assure plant compliance with state and federal labor legislation on such subjects as equal opportunity, affirmative action, wages and hours, workers and unemployment compensation, occupational health and safety, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will partner with HR Operations and CoEs to enable two-way information sharing on business needs, analyze trends and metrics within designated business units, develop integrated solutions, programs and policies in support of business strategy.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for developing incumbents and successors, as well as identifying global mobility opportunities and candidates.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain, deliver and continuously improves an effective onboarding program and pre-employment process for new hires aligned with local requirements driving retention of top talent.
This position plans, directs, and coordinates human resource management activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will be responsible to assist with ensuring and meeting compliance programs by maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
In this role, you will evaluate and advise on the impact of long term and midterm planning of new programs and strategies which impacts the attraction, motivation, development and retention of all employees.
