As a clinical supervisor of our hemodialysis team, the natural leader we select will provide direction, inspiration, and counseling to staff members, and coordinate all aspects of care, from admission to discharge. In addition, this individual will hire, train, lead a team, and ensure quality control and compliance with laws and regulations.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and driving FMS quality standards through meeting all ESRD regulatory requirements and the practice of Quality Assessment and Improvement (QAI), including use of FMS QAI tools.
In this role, the selected candidate will be Responsible for assisting with timely management of the facility operation; develop and maintain vendor relationships with various maintenance and trade subcontractors.
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the proper, efficient operation of the hospital facilities' equipment & support systems, including the requisite utilities, hardware, software & other components.
This position serves as a single point of accountability and responsibility for delivering quality, safe, compliant and productive workplace environments with a high touch customer service orientation. Responsible for ensuring the delivery of facilities maintenance operations, infrastructure management, space management, and on- site employee and business services.
