In this role, you will provide leadership, direction, and administration of all aspects of the emergency services patient care departments. Responsible for administrative functions, including strategic and operational planning, including staffing and directing personnel. Provides mechanism for ensuring quality care, issue resolution, orientation, and ongoing competency of personnel. Plans and markets programs and services to medical staff, and community.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate resident services provided by Hearth Management into a cohesive system that maintains a continuing awareness of each residents total wellbeing (social, family, financial, mental health, key life events, dietary needs, spiritual needs, health and medical needs; including, but not limited to medications and personal care needs) featuring companys Live More programming and Think More programming philosophies.
In this role, the selected candidate will assume the primary role in ensuring the delivery of high quality, efficient nursing care; supervise Nurse Practitioner, Assistant Director of Clinical Services, Clinical Nurses, and Nurse Techs.
