Accountable for activities involved in developing and maintaining quality programs, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established standards and agency guidelines.
Managing agreement and license activity (both ITAR and EAR) including preparation, application and post approval management phases, including non-US business unit agreement and license activity including, preparation, application and post approval management phases.
The Enterprise Security Services (ESS) Audit and Compliance Manager will perform a critical role with oversight to a number of programs within ESS. This will include SOX related activities assistance in audit response and remediation activities and communication to the Line of Business as the programs and processes change.

Establish a specifically designed compliance program that effectively prevents and/or detects violation of applicable laws and regulations, which will protect the Business from liability of fraudulent or abusive practices.
