Providing financial advice to customers, identifying and successfully capitalizing on opportunities to deepen existing relationships which may include making referrals to other lines of business as appropriate for the customer.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a team relationship between the Sales and Operations Teams. Ensure that the Loan Originator provides clear, concise and customer focused communication throughout the entire loan process.
Responsible for business development, relationship management and client experience of companies with annual gross sales of $0-10M. Proactively consult the business owners in achieving their financial goals by providing smart financial solutions for personal and business needs.
