Acts as a Primary Point of Contact for our IT Business Operations and our Customers. Facilitates performance reviews with internal Operations and external Customers in order to ensure pro-active, stellar delivery of contractual agreement and structured service improvement initiatives. Facilitates all requests from the customer.
This position is responsible for leading technical initiatives that drive raw material performance, lower material costs, more responsive supplier performance, process and service improvements, and productivity improvements throughout the supply chain.
Must have a track record of new product introduction, employee interaction, upgrading existing products to improve image and function, a keen understanding of mechanical and electrical principles, and manufacturing plant experience.
In this role, the selected candidate will support site applications on a day to day basis working with technical and business resources; act as technical resource to operating department managers regarding information technology and the use thereof.
