The position involves working in teams to generate technical proposals, present at design reviews, perform requirements development, system architecture development, system partitioning, assessing system performance using analysis, simulation, and laboratory testing.

In this role, you will be responsible to perform non-routine engineering duties regularly and recognizes unusual situations where standard procedures are not appropriate and performs more sophisticated and complicated designs and calculations.
This person is responsible for ensuring the factorys technical operations meet or exceed our customers expectations by developing, implementing, and maintaining appropriate processes, problem analyses, and justifications for manufacturing changes based upon requirements.
