This position is responsible for coordinating all shipping, receiving, late point packaging, customer service functions, traffic, inventory control, storage and handling of both raw materials and finished goods. This position is responsible for managing the department/facility budget. The Distribution Center Manager has supervisory responsibility for distribution personnel.

Qualifies and quantifies sales opportunities using UPS internal resources (e.g., Solutions and Pricing groups, etc.) to ensure potential accounts are viable based on UPS's product and industry alignment and available resources.
In this role, you will coordinate with Commercial / Legal / Contracts staff on exceptions to standard terms and conditions and advise Operations and procurement staff regarding acceptability of requested changes.
In this role, you will provide leadership, direction, and oversight of all inventory control, strategic project management, system and new product integration, process excellence and lean programs, and the development and use of key performance metrics and decision tools to optimize site performance, efficiency, and utilization.
