The principal accountabilities are to assure successful completion of facilities projects by overseeing construction management; to ensure that the construction process is efficient, effective, well managed and responsible to the requirements of the customer.

This role has responsibility for the accuracy, reliability and consistency of all financial information provided to internal and external sources, remaining current with gaap required accounting and financial statement disclosures, maintenance and monitoring of internal controls over financial reporting, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures related to financial reporting and development of staff within the department.
